Sensational Stretching ™ is a 1:1 practitioner assisted stretch that helps increase range of motion, flexibility, and improve muscle imbalances, It helps to decrease the risks of chronic illness all while combining components of aromatherapy and music therapy, both having positive effects on mental health.

Full Body Stretching

Each stretch is custom to fit the needs of every body. Each person has a different walk of life and therefore their physiology is different. I offer 30 minute and 1 hour sessions using a combination of static and dynamic stretching to help alleviate the stretch reflex and relax the mind and body.
