My name is Shadiya Ewing, I am the CEO and Founder of Safi Holisticare and Safi Fit Apparel. For the past four years I have worked as a Stretch Practitioner helping my clients reach their flexibility goals. I hold certifications for Personal Training, Assisted Stretch Practitioner, as well as Community Health work. Additionally, I am currently completing my Bachelors of Science in Recreational Therapy with a focus on Rehabilitation. As a lifelong athlete I have a background in collegiate cheerleading, tumbling/ gymnastics, track and field, and dance. 

Safi translates to “pure” in Swahili and my motto is “pure mind, pure body, pure soul”. Safi is a constant reminder to prioritize overall wellness. The mind, body, and spirit are all connected and require balance to 

maintain wellness. I began, Safi as a way to translate my love for physical activity and sports into a channel for healing the mind and body. Safi Fit Apparel was started to motivate active lifestyles with extravagant workout gear. My designs are inspired by worldwide indigenous styles as well as divine intelligence.

Beyond building an accessible holistic wellness service I provide my clients with invaluable knowledge and techniques to help further them in their own wellness journeys. Safi Holisticare is an ever evolving company constantly shaping around new knowledge to provide the best experiences for my clients and customers.
